How to use and care for your set
For matcha, portion the powder into the chawan, add a little water at around 70–80°C, and whisk until smooth. For ube, blend 3–5 g with a little water before adding milk. For hojicha, brew the tea first according to its instructions. Rinse the ceramic items gently; rinse the chasen with lukewarm water and let it dry on its holder. Wipe the bamboo scoop clean and avoid soaking it.
