How to prepare an ube latte
Place approximately 3–5 g of Royal Amethyst in the chawan. Add a little hot water and blend with the chasen until smooth, then add your preferred milk. Serve warm or over ice. Care and maintenance
Rinse the ceramic pieces gently after use. Rinse the bamboo whisk in lukewarm water without detergent, shake off the excess water and leave it to dry on the holder. Wipe the chashaku with a dry cloth rather than soaking it. Let all accessories dry before storage.
