Imperial Jade: six Japanese cultivars
This set includes Imperial Jade ceremonial matcha, 30 g standard can. Blended from Okumidori, Yutakamidori, Saemidori, Okuyutaka, Asanoka and Asatsuyu from Shizuoka and Kagoshima, Japan, it offers balanced vegetal notes, gentle umami and a silky texture. It is suitable for traditional preparation and a refined matcha latte.
Preparing your matcha
Measure approximately 2 g of matcha into the chawan. Add a little water at around 70–80°C and whisk until smooth. Enjoy with water or add your preferred milk. For more guidance, explore how to prepare matcha properly.

Care and maintenance
Rinse the ceramic pieces gently after use. Rinse the bamboo whisk in lukewarm water without detergent, shake off the excess water and leave it to dry on the holder. Wipe the chashaku with a dry cloth rather than soaking it. Let all accessories dry before storage.
