Sourced from the fertile regions of Dagupan and Urdaneta in the northern Philippines, Royal Amethyst is a carefully selected ube, delicately transformed into a fine powder with a deep violet hue.
This purple yam reveals a naturally indulgent sweetness, complemented by delicate notes of vanilla and hazelnut.
Its fine texture and smooth profile make it an ideal base for ube lattes, iced drinks, desserts, and pastry creations.

How to Prepare Your Ube Latte
Add 3 to 5 g of Royal Amethyst to your cup or glass.
Pour in a small amount of hot water and mix until smooth and homogeneous.
Add approximately 150 to 200 ml of milk, hot or cold, depending on your preference.
Sweeten if desired.
For an iced version, simply serve over ice.
