Ingredients

  • 3 g Emerald Whisper matcha (Maison Zegzaw)

  • 30 ml warm water

  • 120 ml pineapple juice

  • 60 ml coconut milk (carton or canned)

  • 1 tbsp cream of coconut (optional)

  • Ice to your liking (The more the better)

  • Pineapple slices, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth and slightly frothy.

  2. In a shaker or blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, cream of coconut (if using), and ice.

  3. Add the prepared matcha and shake or blend until everything is creamy and well mixed.
