Ingredients

  • 3 g Emerald Whisper matcha (Maison Zegzaw)

  • 30 ml warm water (not boiling, ~80°C)

  • 150 ml coconut milk (barista-style for frothing, or regular)

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream (for richness)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for natural sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Directions

  1. Whisk the Matcha
    In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth and slightly frothy.

  2. Prepare the Coconut Cream
    Heat the coconut milk with the coconut cream until warm and creamy (or froth it if you prefer a hot latte).

  3. Assemble

    • Hot Latte: Pour the matcha into a cup, then gently top with the coconut cream mixture.

    • Iced Latte: Fill a glass with ice, pour in the coconut cream mixture, then layer the matcha on top for a beautiful ombré effect.
