Matcha Cloud Coconut Water

Cool, creamy, and packed with vibrant energy this drink combines Maison Zegzaw ceremonial matcha with refreshing coconut water, all topped by a fluffy coconut “cloud” that looks as dreamy as it tastes. Hydration meets indulgence in every sip.


Ingredients

 

  • 4 g Maison Zegzaw ceremonial grade matcha
  • 100 ml coconut milk (full-fat for extra creaminess)
  • 200 ml coconut water (chilled, or enough to fill ⅔ of your glass)
  • Ice (enough to fill half your glass)
  • Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, agave, or vanilla syrup)

 

 


Instructions 

 

  1. Create the cloud – Sift the matcha into coconut milk. Whisk with an electric frother until smooth, thick, and fluffy. This is your coconut matcha cloud.
  2. Build the base – Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Pour in coconut water until it reaches about ⅔ of the glass.
  3. Layer it up – Gently spoon or pour the matcha coconut cloud on top to create a striking layered effect.
  4. Finishing touch – Dust lightly with matcha powder, and if desired, drizzle in a touch of sweetener.
  5. Enjoy immediately – Stir before sipping, or savor the layers as they slowly swirl together.


 Pro Tip: Swap coconut milk for oat or almond cream for a lighter “cloud,” or keep it extra tropical by garnishing with toasted coconut flakes
