- 4 g Maison Zegzaw ceremonial matcha
- 60 ml warm water (60~70°C)
- 150 ml cold milk (regular or plant-based)
- 100 g fresh strawberries (about 4–5 berries)
- 1–2 tablespoons of sugar, honey, or agave (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes

Make the strawberry base
- Blend strawberries with sweetener until smooth and syrupy.

Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of a tall glass.

Add milk & ice
- Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.

Slowly pour in the cold milk over the strawberry base to create a layered effect.

Prepare the matcha
- Sift 4 g of matcha into a bowl.

Add 60 ml warm water and whisk vigorously with a chasen (or electric frother) until frothy and smooth.

Assemble
- Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk layer.

Optionally, swirl lightly with a straw for a marble effect.
